The UB-890 features a 2.0-inch TFT-LCD display, an FM tuner, ebook reader, line-in encoder, USB 2.0 connectivity, and touch sensor keypad into a small 81 X 43 X 12.2mm package. Panasonic has just announced their first Blu-ray disc player. The DMP-BD10 features a 296MHz, 14bit Video D/A Converter and backwards compatibility with DVD/CD discs. Price is $1,299.95 and is available in September. Via Panasonic.
The GSM F88 Watch is available in China for USD 1,111. F88 is a wristwatch with built-in mobile phone capabilities. It features 26K colors CSTN display, a built-in 3 megapixel 180-degree rotating camera, a built-in microphone and speakerphone for conferencing, voice dialing, 4 minutes of voice recording, IrDA connectivity and organization tools such as schedule, alarm clock and reminder note. Samsung 215TW-R 21″ LCD Monitor is now available in Japan for $815 USD. It features 1680 x 1050 WSXGA+ resolution, PIP functionality, 8ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, and a 178-degree viewing angle. Samsung has introduced the SDP-07, a digital photo frame. The photo frame has an 800×400 7” viewable display, which can be used for a host of digital media including images, video, and audio. There are several ways you can display your media on the device including its internal 32mb memory, SD and CF memory slots, an Ethernet port, and of course USB. If you fancy, you can even stream videos and pictures from your cell phone to the unit. These are currently available in Korea.
