Saitek Mouse with Touch-sensitive Scrolling

Saitek Mouse with Touch-sensitive Scrolling

The Obsidian is Saitek’s most fashionable mouse to date. It’s got a super 1,000 dpi resolution and ditches a scroll wheel for touch-sensitive scrolling. The horizontal charging dock can simultaneously charge your mouse and a spare battery making sure your mouse never goes hungry. It sells for a reasonable US$80.

Samsung Serene Pricing Revealed

Samsung Serene Pricing Revealed

This is an update for our previous post. Samsung and Bang & Olufsen have just announced the availability of Serene, which sets to go on sale next month, priced at a whopping US$1275. The Serene combines advanced features with an innovative clamshell design. Just to refresh your mind, Samsung Serene provides a 2.4 inch QVGA TFT-LCD display, an ugly 0.3MP camera, WAP 2.0, and Bluetooth connectivity. During normal operation, the screen is placed at the bottom. When placed on a table, the screen reverses automatically at the touch of a button. I can describe this phone as a handset with a weird design. By the way, check out for phone gallery after the jump!

Stripy Speakers Rotate And Glow

Stripy Speakers Rotate And Glow

I can describe these Stripy Speakers as twisty and glowing speakers. They consist of two, 4.5 watt speakers housed in polished aluminum casing. It also features another aluminum housing that contains the glowing button. The button will glow different colors depending on what is being controlled, for example, blue for bass control, green for treble, purple for volume, etc. These speakers are capable of rotating up to 180 degrees so your music can be directed anywhere in your room. Very nice! And when I decide to buy these speakers, I found that the price is also reasonable with just US$95 each. Two more pics after the jump!

Kyocera Cyclops Phone for Virgin Mobile USA

Kyocera Cyclops Phone for Virgin Mobile USA

If you like the X-men movies or comics, you will probably think that Kyocera Cyclops features a printed X-men character, the Cyclops. But actually the handset doesn’t contain any printed X-men characters. The Cyclops features a trendy clamshell design and comes in a red-and-white body which is too Santa Claus for us. The Kyocera Cyclops phone is the company’s newest handset that will be made available to Virgin Mobile customers in the USA. Weighing in at 3.5 ounces, it is very lightweight and easy on the eye. Being a clamshell, it features dual displays, including a bright internal color display and some pre-loaded games include Lumines Mobile, New York Nights, and Bikini Beach Party (yummy!), and many more games are available for download. Kyocera Cyclops Phone also comes with a 1.3MP digicam. The phone will be available online at Virgin Mobile USA as well as retail outlets with the pricetag of US$99.99.

I love red! That’s why I post these red i-Mice Stereo Speakers, which are another wacky USB speakers. These pair of mice hides speakers in their bellies capable of a total of 6 watts. Instead of a tail, one of these rodents has a wired remote with a volume control. These “mice” are available for just US$19.99 and are available in two color options; black or red.

Microsoft Vista and Office 2007 Packaging Revealed

Let’s take a look at Windows Vista and Office 2007 packaging. Microsoft today reveals the packaging for the upcoming products. The packaging has been completely revised, going with a rounded design reminiscent of a 1950s toaster. Designed to be user-friendly, the new packaging is a small, hard, plastic container that’s designed to protect the software inside for life-long use. It also provides a convenient and attractive place for you to permanently store both discs and documentation. Check out the photos below.
