Sony NW-S706

Sony adds their digital audio player lineup with the sleek NW-S706. It features 4GB of memory, an integrated FM tuner, noise cancellation technology, quick charge function, channel separation, line-in recording, and an incredible 50 hour battery life. The NW-S706 is available in pink, black, or purple. Sadly, it has only a tiny color display screen. The price is also still a mystery.

The K310 is another Tri band business phone from Sony Ericsson that offers a VGA camera with 4x optical zoom and other practical tools for viewing, storing and sharing images. It also provides a high quality display with the 65K Ultra Bright Colour (UBC) display and imaging effects such as face warp. Other multimedia features include MP3 ringtones, 3D games and a media player with MP3 playback support. In addition, this handset features GPRS Class 10, Bluetooth, infrared, voice dial and HTML Full Browser. The Sony Ericsson K310 will be available soon with two different colors; Misty Silver and Shadow Blue. It weights about 82 grams and measures 101,5mm x 44mm x 17,5mm.

Vodafone Japan's Toshiba 811T Multimedia Phone

Toshiba announces the 811T multimedia clamshell for Vodafone Japan. The phone supports W-CDMA and triband GSM (900 / 1800 / 1900 Mhz), This 3G phone also features a monochrome OLED external display so you can control the music player and reject calls without opening the phone. Other specs include a 2.4-inch TFT-LCD display (240 x 320), 3.2MP camera with LED Flash, and secondary (QVGA) 0.3MP camera for video calls, microSD card slot, GPS, Bluetooth, dedicated music keys, and a music player. This model goes on sale next month, no word yet on pricing.
