Nokia teamed up with a talented designer, Giambattista Valli to produce the Nokia 7373 Special Edition phone. It will be available in two colors; Powder Pink and Black Chrome. The Powder Pink comes with a pearl necklace strap and a miniature pink skull, while the Black Chrome comes with an onyx crystal strap and a black skull. The Nokia 7373 Special Edition will be unveiled during Paris Fashion Week at the “Dress your Nokia in Giambattista Valli” party.

Sony PSP fans will be happy to hear that Sony has just released the Gold PSP in Japan. Priced at $200, the console features a high-quality TFT LCD that displays full color (16.77 million colors) on a 480 x 272 pixel high-resolution screen, and built-in stereo speakers.
This is a Japanese region coded PSP. While it will play all region games (all US, European, Asian games), it will only play back region 2 UMD movies (DOES NOT playback US UMD movies). Operation manual is in Japanese but actual operation can be switched from Japanese to English at the start up screen. We only ship the latest firmwared PSP and we will not be able to find a specific firmwared PSP for our customers.

Sharp Japan has released five new additions to its Aquos R series, including the 5 new TV’s measure 42 inch, 46 inch, 52 inch, 57 inch and 65inch. They supports full HD resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels, double-speed advanced super view which prevents the motion blur on fast scenes, 3000:1 of contrast ratio, 450 cd/m2 of brightness level, and a quick 3ms of response time. These HD LCDs also come with an analog / digital tuner and a 2.1 channel speaker system with a 1 bit amplifier for superior sound. The new Sharp Aquos R series will go on sale in Japan from March 10 this year. No info on pricing yet. Stay tuned for more updates!

Grey Goose, a famous Vodka maker, has collaborated with Rolls Royce to produce two customized limited-edition Rolls-Royce Extended Wheelbase Phantoms to help promote social responsibility while drinking. The cars features “a custom Grey Goose signature blue exterior paint and plush upholstery, Grey Goose logo embroidered onto headrests and integrated into the trim of the car, grey chrome door tread plates, Grey Goose etched mirrors and sterling silver Grey Goose onlay on each of the mahogany-veneered door cappings.” These limos will be used to raise money for local and national charity partners and will be auctioned off at the end of the program for charity.

Nikon’s S50c 7.2MP digicam is equipped with a 3.0 inch wide-angle LCD and Wi-Fi capability. The camera has a pictmotion functions that allows users to view the pictures via TV. Other functions include Lens shift vibration reduction for its 3x Zoom 38-114mm lens to provide sharper images, a choice of 15 Scene Modes, a face Priority to achieve a sharp focus on other’s faces, in-camera red-eye removal, and D-Lighting to improve underexposed or low light images. It is also compatible with SDHC cards. The Nikon S50c sports a high sensitivity up to ISO 1600. Pricing and availability are still unknown.
