Kojinsha has released their UMPC L/V series in the Korea market. The L series has a couple new features such as resolution(1024×600) and better keyboard and the V series has GPS and built-in 7mm ODD. Both should be available in Korea Mid-January.

Touch Mods have just released a video of the first successful VoIP call made with the iPod Touch running a custom application. Check the video out after the jump!

Plezo has just released their DVD/DIVX player called the PPD-1920S in Korea. It comes with 9.2-inch wide LCD that can rotate up to 270-degrees and can be connected to external devices like your TV, DMB, and navigation that also supports output with a MMC/SD card slot along with a cigar jack, earphone and a remote control. Both Korea and Japan have this baby right now for a retail price of $359.
Most MP3 players out there have all these stupid wires you have to try to untangle. But Mustek has created the world's easiest to carry and use MP3 player called the Freestyle MP3 player. It not only features a headphone form but it also has: 2GB of internal memory, MP3 and WMA support, USB 2.0 connectivity and navigation. Get yours next year for $70 each. Note: Keep in mind that just because it's called the freestyle MP3 player doesn't mean that it plays freestyle music=P.

What a great way to enhance what your iPod can do among all those other cool features with the Alpine iPod DA-X200 and DA-X300 headunits. The DA-X300 has a USB input for receiving media from devices that are not ipods and the DA-X200 has Alpine’s Sound Imprint system for DSP. No word on how much or when this comes out exactly, all we know is that it’s sometime next year.

It comes with features like: SVGA(800×600) resolution, 2,200 ANSI lumen brightness, 2000:1 contrast ratio, and a built-in speaker. Now you can view photos with sounds and weird noise effects to spice up your presentations or projects.
