Slacker has announced that they will be shipping the Slacker Portable Device. This device functions as both an online and offline radio station which enables users to download and play preset or user-created content channels with WiFi, and a max of 8GB of memory. The Slacker will be available in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB models for $200, $250 and $300.

Garmin is now releasing a phone of all things (Garmin is a GPS company). The Nuvifone will feature a cool interface, a 3.5 inch touchscreen display, High Speed 3G access, Google Local search, and geotagging capability with the camera. No word on pricing or availability. Go on that long waited safari like you always wanted with the APO 200-500 f2.8 telephoto lens by Sigma. It offers a variety of features such as:a F2.8 aperture at 500mm focal length, a F5.6 attachment, and an internal Li-ion battery. Look for the Sigma and Nikon versions in June and the Canon mount in April for about $25,000. Which might give you some time to squander up the cash for this monster.
