It seems that Maksim Biriukov was unsatisfied with the current calender format, so he decided to create the Living Calendar Concept 2009 that has the ability to show weeks, months, holidays, and time all at a glance. The large hand shows a current day, month and does a complete turn during 365 days. Meanwhile, the little hand shows the current day of week, current hour, and accordingly does a complete turn for 7 days. You can purchase the Living Calendar 2009 in mid December for a hefty $94,950.
