Planon has finally launched the DocuPen X Series for the mass market. The scanning pen features a 200MHz internal processor, a 64MB of memory, Bluetooth, a small OLED screen and a Lithium ion battery. DFI has recently unveiled another one of its upcoming Mini-ITX motherboard called the MI P55-T36. This Intel P55-based motherboard integrates a six-phase PWM with Japanese-crafted solid capacitors, two DDR3 dual-channel memory slots, one PCIe x16 slot, three SATA II ports, six USB 2.0 ports, one eSATA/USB port, Gigabit Ethernet, ABS II technology, Realtek ALC 885 7.1 Audio and supports for both Intel’s LGA 1156 Core i5 and i7 processors. Taiwan-based Team Group has announced a new series of solid state drives, the P2 IDE. Coming in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities, these 2.5-inch drives feature an IDE interface, MLC NAND flash memory chips, a MTBF of 2 million hours and provide read/write speeds of up to 80/50 MB/s for the 32GB model or 60/40 MB/s for both 64GB and 128GB models. The MEMO 2 RY is a unique USB thumb drive, as its part USB flash drive, part paper, part wood. EIZO Japan is back with its new Full HD Monitor ‘FlexScan EV2334W-T’ for the mass market. This 23-inch widescreen monitor features a VA panel with 1920 x 1080 native resolution, 7ms (GTG) response time, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 3,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, an EcoView Sense function (power save mode) and an Auto EvoView for automatic brightness adjustments based on ambient lighting. Duracell today introduced its new Ultra Advanced battery that provides consumers the ability to know exactly how much power is available in each battery. The battery comes with the Powercheck, which is a gauge located on the battery that can be activated by simply pressing two white dots on the cell. If you are too busy to clean your own house, then you can let the Samsung Tango to do the task. This robot vacuum will help you clean your floors, scrub your carpets and even tidy your furniture too. The Tango comes equipped with 13 sensors, which includes a 30fps camera and a crash sensor that sends out 26 to 6000 bursts to protect it from crashes. Epson today announced two new ultra short throw projectors namely the PowerLite 450W and PowerLite 460. The Epson PowerLite 450W features 2,500 lumens brightness with a 1,280 x 800 pixels resolution. Meanwhile, the Epson PowerLite 460 has a brighter 3,000 lumens with a 1,024 x 768 pixels resolution. The Epson PowerLite 450W and Epson PowerLite 460 will be available in February 2010 for $1,500 and $1,700, respectively. [Press Release]
