
LG has finally released several official pictures of the highly anticipated 4th Black Label Series (BL40) Chocolate. If you don’t get enough sleep and tend to fall asleep during work, then you might need the Wink Glasses. It is a USB powered gadget that clips onto your spectacles when using the computer to make sure that you do not slip into silent slumber. This is how the gadget works. The glasses detect the number of times you blink, and if you don’t blink every five seconds then the gadget begins to fog up around your eyes until you perform the recommended number of blinks. Sony has announced two new e-book readers this week in the form of the PRS-300 and PRS-600. The PRS-300 features a 5-inch LCD display with no audio output and no memory card slot. Weighing at only 220-grams, the gadget provides a 440MB of storage space. Meanwhile, the PRS-600 comes equipped with a 6-inch touchscreen display with audio output and an SD/MS memory card slot. Aimed at professional users, EIZO’s latest 24.1-inch LCD monitor ‘FlexScan S2433W-H’ features a rotating panel design for providing better viewing angles. This new widescreen monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and features 6ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 360 cd/m2 brightness, EcoView function which automatically adjusts brightness depending on ambient lighting and covers 96% of the Adobe RGB color range. Samsung has announced a new line-up of high-density hard drives ‘Spinpoint F3′ which are aimed at high-end computing environments. Coming in 500GB and 1TB capacities, these new 3.5-inch drives work at 7200RPM and feature a 3.0 Gbps SATA interface, Native Command Queuing (NCQ), a 16MB/32MB buffer memory, and make use of 500GB platters.
