Denon will launch the DBP-1611UD 3D universal Blu-Ray player in the Japanese market later this month. The DBP-1611UD plays all 5-inch disc formats such as BD, DVD, CD, DVD-Audio and SACD. The company has always been a leader in producing good sounding equipment and their continued dedication to supporting high resolution audio formats like DVD-Audio and SACD is highly commendable. What’s more, the Blu-ray player also supports BD-Live, Netflix and YouTube streaming. The DBP-1611UD is also DLNA certified, which makes it possible for you to stream audio/video/photo files from other DLNA certified devices on your network. Eizo is ready to launch the DuraVision FDF2301-3D Full HD monitor, which is equipped with the Naked-Eye 3D technology. This technology uses a directional backlight, allowing users to view 3D images without 3D glasses. Eizo’s recommended viewing distance for 3D images is 890mm. The display has the ability to offer a number of 3D viewing modes including Side by Side, Anaglyph, Frame Sequential and Dual Input. Measuring 650mm x 261.7mm x 566.3mm and weighing 16kg, the Eizo DuraVision FDF2301-3D will be available in the first half of the 2011 for around $12,000. [Eizo]

Alife and Casio have joined together to release the new G-Shock G-5500. The watch features a simplistic two-tone approach with black and white. The black body features Alife’s iconic type in white with a black LCD screen. The Alife Casio G-Shock G-5500 will be launched later this month. [Casio]

Canon has announced the availability of the REALiS WUX4000 D Installation LCOS projector, which is actually the company’s first high-resolution installation projector for the medical education market. The projector supports a DICOM Simulation mode that simulates the results of devices compliant with the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) Part 14 standardized display function for display of grayscale images. The Canon REALiS WUX4000 D Installation LCOS projector delivers WUXGA-resolution (1920 x 1200) widescreen (16:10) images at 4000 lumens and adopts a built-in Canon Color-Correction IC (integrated circuit), which together with the AISYS-enhanced LCOS system, provides highly accurate color reproduction and precision luminosity adjustment without affecting the display of neighboring colors. Canon also provides three optional Genuine Canon high-resolution interchangeable lenses for different throw distances and projection screen sizes. The LMP Bluetooth Keypad shares the same cylindrical base and brushed aluminum finish as the Apple Wireless Keyboard. The LMP Keypad can be used as a stand alone device, but it also has a connector that snaps onto the right side of the Apple Wireless Keyboard. The LMP Keypad requires a couple of AA batteries (not included) to operate. Too bad, there is no word on pricing or availability at this time. [Geeky Gadgets]

Tokyoflash Kisai Transit Watch

The Kisai Transit watch is the latest uneasy-to-read timepiece from Tokyoflash. Measuring 34mm x 46mm x 12mm and weighing 40 grams, the Transit’s face looks like a circuit board. A single touch of the upper button initiates Transit’s neon display. Hours 1-12 are the shown in blue, in the same position as numbers on a clock, while five minute intervals are shown along the diagonal orange line from the bottom to the top. And finally, single minutes 1-4 are shown by the green line. After touching the button, lights showing the current time will flash for several seconds to direct you. Watch the video after the jump. nVidia GeForce GTX 570 GPU

nVidia will release the GeForce GTX 570 series on December 7th, 2010. Based on a 40nm fabrication process, the new graphics card supports 480 CUDA cores, a 732MHz core clock, a 1464MHz shader clock and a 3800MHz memory clock. For your info, the new nVidia GeForce GTX570 has the same number of cores as the older GTX480, but has them clocked 32MHz faster. It is down to 1.28GB of memory from 1.5GB and that 1.28GB of memory is down to a 320-bit bus. UK resellers are most likely to have the nVidia GTX570 in stores at £299 ($465) including VAT. [KitGuru]

Silicon Power has once again expanded its SSD line-up by bringing you the E20. Coming in four different sizes: 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB, these new 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a built-in DDR2 cache memory, TRIM support and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 250MB/s and 230MB/s, respectively. ASUS has decided to unleash their newest e-Book reader ‘Eee Reader DR900′ in Europe starting next month. In case you didn’t know, the device is packed with a 9-inch 1024 x 768 SiPix e-paper display, a 2GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, 3G (optional), WiFi, a micro USB port, a 3.5mm headset jack and built-in stereo speakers.
