
Navigon has added a couple of new GPS navigation systems to their 70-series devices, the Navigon 70 Easy and 70 Plus Live. Both gadgets feature a 5-inch display screen, an active lane assistant, a reality view Pro, a text-to-speech function, etc. The Navigon 70 Plus Live has a lot more features such as Google Local Search, Traffic Live, Mobile Safety Camera Live and Weather Live. What’s more, this gadget also provides Clever Parking Live, which is only available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. MSI has announced a new graphics card to its range by launching the N580GTX Lightning Xtreme Edition. Featuring a 16 phase PWM power design, the card is packed with 512 CUDA Cores, a 384-bit memory interface, a GPU clock of 832MHz, a shader clock of 1747MHz and a 3GB of GDDR5 memory set @ 4200MHz. Toshiba today introduced a new Windows 7 tablet in Japan, the WT310/C. Powered by an Intel Atom Oak Trail Z670 CPU, the tablet features a 11.6-inch (1366×768) display screen, a 2GB of RAM, a 64GB of SSD, USB 2.0, WI-Fi, an SDXC card slot, Bluetooth 3.0 and HDMI. Measuring 296mm x 196mm x 15.8mm and weighing 915 grams, the Toshiba WT310/C will be available in Japan next month. Read more

Philips has dropped another Full HD monitor ’273E3LSB’ for the European market. This new 27-inch W-LED backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1200:1 (20,000,000:1 DCR) contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 1ms (GTG) response time and 178/170 H/V viewing angles. CMIT’s TransPhone is a combination of an Android tablet and a smartphone. This combo gadget includes a Bluetooth headset and a slide-in smartphone dock.
