I-O Data DVR-U24EZ 24x External DVD Writer

I-O Data is gearing up to drop their newest 24x external DVD writer. Called the DVR-U24EZ, the drive features a USB 2.0 connection interface and is able to provide write speeds of up to 24x for single-layer DVD+R. In addition, the drive also comes bundled with Nero 12 Express Essentials software. The DVR-U24EZ will start shipping from late March for 6,405 Yen (about $70). [I-O Data]

LaCie rugged Thunderbolt + USB 3.0 Portable HDD

Elecom will launch a new portable HDD from LaCie namely the LaCie rugged Thunderbolt + USB 3.0. Coming in 1TB of storage capacity, this 2.5-inch portable HDD is equipped with a shock-resistant aluminum exterior, a rubber bumper and comes with both Thunderbolt and USB 3.0 connection interfaces. Zalman ZM-GM1 Gaming Mouse

ASK Inc. Japan has just added a new gaming mouse ‘ZM-GM1’ from Zalman to its product page. Coming in a seven button design (can be customized), the mouse features an accurate and reliable Avago 9500 LaserStream sensor, 800-6000dpi resolution (switchable), an LED lighting and a USB 2.0 connector. Lexar hits back with their new 256GB Professional 600x SDXC UHS-I memory card. This high speed memory card comes with Class 10 speed specification and promises to deliver a minimum guaranteed read speed of 90MB/s.
