NEC is set to launch another all-in-one desktop PC namely the VALUESTAR S VS570/SSB. Powered by a 1.7GHz Intel Core i5-4210U processor (onboard video), this space-saving system sports a 21.5-inch 1920 x 1080 IPS touchscreen display, a 4GB DDR3 RAM, a 1TB hard drive, a 920,000 pixel webcam, a BDXL drive, an SD card slot, a 3-wave tuner, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and runs on Windows 8.1 64-bit OS with Office Home and Business 2013 pre-installed. The VALUESTAR S VS570/SSB will hit the market from mid-May for 184,800 Yen (about $1,800). [NEC]

Synology DS414j 4-Bay NAS Server

Here comes a new 4-bay NAS server from Synology, the DS414j. Designed specifically for small offices and home users, the device is equipped with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a 512MB DDR3 RAM, four 2.5-/3.5-inch SATA(III) HDD/SSD bays (up to 20TB), 1x USB 2.0 port, 1x USB 3.0 port, 1x Gigabit Ethernet, RAID (0,1,5,6,10) & JBOD support, two built-in 80mm cooling fans and runs on DiskStation Manager (DSM 5.0) OS. BenQ BL3200PT 32-Inch WQHD Monitor

BenQ has recently introduced another one of its upcoming WQHD monitor, the BL3200PT. Adopting the Flicker-free technology to eliminate flickering at all brightness levels and the Senseye3 image correction technology, this new 32-inch VA LED-backlight monitor provides 2560 x 1440 WQHD resolution, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 4ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. It also has two built-in 5W speakers and features D-Sub, DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. The BL3200PT will begin shipping from May for around 600 Euro (about $829). [BenQ]


Silicon Power has showed off a new line of dual-interface USB flash drives, the Mobile X20. Coming in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacities, these waterproof and vibration proof flash drives feature a USB 2.0 connection interface and a micro-USB connection interface, and make use of COB (Chip On Board) technology. Sapphire has added a new graphics card ‘Radeon R9 290X Vapor-X OC’ to its product page. Based on AMD’s award-winning GCN architecture, the card packs 2816 Stream Processors, a 512-bit memory interface, a core clock of 1410MHz and a 4GB of GDDR5 memory set @ 5640MHz.
