A-DATA has rolled out its latest high-capacity 4GB single module DDR3 memory that comes in three different versions: U-DIMM RAM for desktops, SO-DIMM RAN for laptops and unbuffered ECC-DIMM/ECC Registered DIMM RAM for workstations and servers.
