A New Line Of SATA 6.0 Gbps SSDs from ADATA

ADATA hits back with a new line of SATA 6.0 Gbps SSDs namely the XPG SX930. Coming in 120GB, 240GB and 480GB sizes, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are built with enterprise-grade Plus MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a JMicron JMF670H controller, a MTBF of 1.5 million hours, TRIM support and SMART support.

Adopting ADATA’s own BCH ECC technology and pSLC cache technology, these high performance SSDs can deliver read/write speeds of up to 560/460 MB/s (120GB & 240GB models) and 540/420 MB/s (480GB model), respectively.

Backed by a 5-year warranty, the ADATA XPG SX930 SSDs will hit the market from July 25th. Prices unannounced. [Product Page]
