Acer Japan has released another eco-friendly LCD monitor in the form of the S243HLbmii. This new 24-inch LCD monitor is an energy efficient display, consuming just 17.2W during operation thanks to its efficient LED technology. As for the specs itself, it features a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 2ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, two 1W built-in speakers, a D-Sub port and two HDMI outputs. The Acer S243HLbmii sells for 270 Euro (about $406). [TCMagazine]
