Active Media has unveiled a new range of SSDs called the SaberTooth S4. Coming in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities, these mini PCIe cards feature a SATA-II 3.0 Gbps interface, MLC NAND flash memory chips, a Jmicron JMF602B controller and provide sequential read/write speeds of up to 130/50 MB/s. These drives are compatible with SATA based netbooks including Eee PC models S101, 900, 900A, 901 and 1000, and work with Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, Linux as well as Mac OS 10.x. [Active]
