Coming in capacities ranging from 8GB to 64GB, these CFast cards are built with SLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA3.0 (6Gbps) interface, a MTBF of 2 million hours and an industrial-grade operational temperature range of -40-degree C to 90-degree C.

Designed for a plethora of scenarios, these CFast cards utilize a full range of advanced technologies, including ECC (error code correction) and S.M.A.R.T. (self-monitoring and reporting technology) for high-reliability data transfer and improved security.

Performance-wise, the ICFS332 CFast cards can deliver sequential read/write speeds of up to 560/400 MB/s. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing yet. [Product Page]
