The configuration listed from Alienware is nearly 5 grand, not just over 1,000. A QX9650 processor runs about a grand alone and (as aforementioned by Jvnk, dual ATI 4980 X2's run over a grand as well. Not saying this post is incorrect over all, just misleading.
