Here’s a look at Alcatel’s upcoming 4G LTE-enabled Android 6.0 smartphone, the OneTouch Idol 4S. Running on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, this high-end smartphone boasts a 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 QHD AMOLED display, a 1.8GHz + 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, an Adreno 510 GPU, a 3GB RAM and a 32GB of expandable internal storage (up to 512GB).
Featuring dual nano-SIM card slots, the handset is built with an 8MP front-facing camera with LED flash and 1080p Full HD video recording, a 16MP rear-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash and 2160p@30ps video recording, a non-removable 3000mAh battery and built-in stereo speakers.
For connectivity, the OneTouch Idol 4S provides 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS with A-GPS and NFC for connectivity. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing and release date yet. [GSMArena]
