Aldebaran Robotics has recently introduced the NAO Next Gen. The robot is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel processor, which is capable of handling two HD video streams simultaneously. This processor also enables the robot to recognize objects and faces faster that its predecessors. The NAO Next Gen also features smart torque control and self-collision avoidance.
