Amazon has started selling the unlocked version of Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. In case you didn’t know, this Android 1.6-powered handset is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, and an 8MP AutoFocus camera. The phone has a 1GB of internal memory, which is expandable via a microSD card (up to 16GB). You can purchase the unlocked version of Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 for $955.95 a pop.
