Socket Communications has proudly introduced the new SoMo 650 handheld computer that is using anti-bacterial plastic in its construction. The handheld offers a fast 624 MHz processor, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a large bright QVGA display, and plenty of SDRAM and Flash memory. This antibacterial SoMo 650 handheld computer and its docking cradle will be available in early Q3 2008. The sample product will be on display at the HIMSS annual conference and exhibition in Orlando, Florida. I think it is a great idea to make all the other gadgets these days using the same antibacterial plastic. [Press Release]
