Gryphon is a new parachute system which designed by ESG Elektroniksystem und Logistik GmbH and Dräger. It enables parachutists to fly through the air at high speed before opening their parachutes, so they can fly to their intended targets. This new technology is aimed at the military market where parachutists can be dropped off 40 kilometres away from the landing pad and nearly invisible to any radar cover. Via Coolest-Gadgets.
