Asus will release its Eee PC 1002 HAE netbook in the Japanese market on May 16, 2009. What makes this netbook special is that it comes with a sleek aluminum body. The netbook adopts a 10.1-inch WSVGA (1,024×600) LCD screen with a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 CPU, a 1GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD and Microsoft Windows XP OS. Available in gray, blue and red, the Eee PC 1002 HAE also supports three USB2.0 ports, IEEE 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN, Bluetooth v2.1+EDR, and a 1.3MP webcam.
