ASUS has recently introduced a new 4G LTE-enabled Android 5.0 smartphone ‘Zenfone Max’ to its range. Measuring only 5.2mm thick, this mid-range smartphone sports a 5.5-inch 1280 x 720 HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 64-bit processor, an Adreno 306 GPU, a 2GB RAM, an 8GB/16GB of expandable internal storage (up to 128GB) and dual SIM card slots.
For taking pictures and videos, the handset packs a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 85-degree wide-angle lens, and a 13MP rear-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, real tone flash and laser autofocus. Powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery, the Zenfone Max provides 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS for connectivity, and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Zen UI 2.0.
