VTech IS6110 Review

by Alexander on July 19, 2008 · 2 comments

VTech IS6110

The moment you see the VTech IS6110, you think it’s maybe a BlackBerry or Palm Treo, but it’s actually just a phone for your home. It’s actually much more than just a home phone; it’s a VoIP phone as well as a handy instant messenging tool. It has caller ID, call waiting, a full QWERTY keyboard, etc. etc. The sound is clear enough to hear a pin drop, the features are awesome though a bit cumbersome to learn, but for you tech savvy people it won’t be a problem. It’s definitely not your Grandma’s rotary dial phone… If you can afford it ($100), this phone is definitely a cool gadget! See more features after the break. More

Review of Battle of the Bands for Wii

by Alexander on May 14, 2008 · 2 comments

Review of Battle of the Bands for Wii
We had a chance to review Battle of the Bands for Wii, which mixes a little bit of Guitar Hero with some Dance Dance Revolution with a whole lot of wackiness through the Wiimote. Basically the premise of the game is to duel it out between bands of different themes and genres. There are five genres to choose from: Rock, Hip Hop, Latin, Marching, and Country. The true charm of the game is hearing the different musical versions of songs not meant to be in that particular genre, for example the Mariachi version of Feel Good Inc. or the Hip-Hop version of Blitzkrieg Bop. It’s definitely a fun party game, which is hat the Wii is all about. See complete track list after the break. $43. More

LG Iron Man Phone

by Alexander on April 24, 2008 · 0 comments

LG Iron Man Phone

Based on the LG Shine, the LG Iron Man Phone is a limited edition 18k beauty created for the new blockbuster. There are only 20 units worldwide, and you can only get one by entering a contest at InsidetheSuit.com. The new movie looks pretty awesome… much better than previous manifestations of comic books, especially since Robert Downey Jr. is Tony Stark. The phone ain’t too shabby either; it won’t shoot beams or help you fly, but it might help you be fly. Just shine it at the ladies and show them how much of a superhero you are. See more pics after the break. [Upcoming Cell Phones] More

Apple iPod touch Commercial: Everybody Touch

Here’s a pretty awesome display of how cool the iPod touch is. The ‘Everybody Touch’ commercial was a great marketing tool that shows how everyone can get a hold and have fun with the iPod touch, not just fanboys and hipsters. [YouTube via iPod Blog]
