Blue Ant has released the SuperTooth II which is a hands-free speakerphone. Its lithium-ion battery will give you 20 hours of talk time and 800 hours of standby time. It has also a full duplex capability, allowing you to talk and hear someone talking to you at the same time. The device is now available for $130.
