Buffalo has released the 8GB version of its D3N1333-L8G DDR3L SO-DIMM memory module. This low-voltage memory module is compliant with JEDEC standard and works at 1.35V with 1333MHz speed. The D3N1333-L8G sells for 19,950 Yen (about $254). [Buffalo]
