Buffalo To Release A New Line Of WiFi-Enabled Portable HDDs

Buffalo is set to release a new line of WiFi-enabled portable HDDs, the HDW-PDU3. Coming in two different storage capacities: 500GB and 1TB, these travel-friendly HDDs features a USB 3.0 connection interface, a built-in 3020mAh lithium polymer battery (can be function as a power bank for charging mobile devices), DTCP-IP support and built-in WiFi connectivity, and can stream wirelessly to up to eight devices. The 500GB and 1TB models will start shipping from late June for around $217 and $272, respectively. [Buffalo]
