Buffalo comes back with a USB 1Seg TV tuner, which is dubbed as the DH-MONE/U2. The device will be priced at only 6,090 Yen ($63) and is 70% smaller that its predecessor. The gadget also needs only 140mA power consumption. [Akihabara]
