Corsair is set to launch their latest full tower PC case namely the Obsidian 700D. Measuring 609mm x 609mm x 229mm and weighing 15.8kg, this steel case features five exposed 5.25-inch bays, six 3.5-inch (2.5-inch compatible) bays, a front I/O panel with two audio, one FireWire and four USB 2.0 ports, eight slots for expansion cards, a removable CPU backplate for easy heatsink installation and provides tool-free installation for optical drives. In addition, the case also comes with three 140mm fans – one in front, one at the back and one on top. The Obsidian 700D will become available in April through Corsair’s worldwide network of authorized resellers. [HardwareCanucks]
