Crucial hits back with a new line of SATA 6.0 Gbps SSDs, the MX100. Coming in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB sizes, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are equipped with 20nm (128GB model) or 16nm (256GB & 512GB models) MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a Marvell 88SS9189 controller, a MTBF of 1.5 million hours and can deliver read/write speeds of up to 550/150 MB/s (128GB model), 550/330 MB/s (256GB model) and 550/500 MB/s (512GB model), respectively.
