BenQ has rolled out another budget-friendly Full HD LCD monitor for the European market. Dubbed as the G2420HDB, this 24-inch monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and provides 300 cd/m2 brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time and 170/160 degrees viewing angle. Buffalo has announced their latest wireless mouse for the Japanese market, the BSMLW09S. Powered by a single AA battery, this little mouse comes in a 3-button design and features a 2.4GHz radio frequency (works up to 10 meters), a 800dpi/1,600dpi resolution, a tiny USB receiver and is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 as well as Mac OS 10.5. Panasonic comes back to the portable CD player market by releasing the new Panasonic RX-D45. The CD player boasts a Bass reflex system, a front-loading motorized CD tray, an FM tuner and a microphone input. Too bad, it doesn’t come with an iPod dock. Dell has started shipping their latest Full HD monitor ‘G2410H’ for the mass market. This new 24-inch widescreen monitor makes use of WLED backlight technology and offers 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 160/170 degrees viewing angle. After releasing their first e-book reader in January 2010, Newsmy comes back with the new Newsmy 6202, which has a similar design with the Amazon Kindle. Sony Japan has debuted a new series of LCD TV that comes equipped with a built-in hard disk drive. The new Sony BRAVIA BX series supports a 100,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, CCFL back-lighting, a 720p HD resolution, a 24p True Cinema, BRAVIA Engine 2, BRAVIA Sync and a 500GB of hard disk drive. Audio features are rather standard at 5.1ch audio output and SteadySound to keep audio levels normalized. Acer comes back to the desktop PC market by releasing the Acer Veriton M490G and X490G. Both models are powered by Intel Core i3/i5/i7 processors, an Intel H57 Express chipset, up to 16GB of DDR3 SDRAM, an Intel HD graphics, up to 1TB hard drive (optional RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 configuration for Acer Veriton M490G only), a DVD SuperMulti, and a built-in high-definition audio with 5.1-channel surround sound support. Lenovo has recently rolled out three new 1080p resolution-boasting monitors in the form of the L2261 Wide, L2361p Wide, and L2461X Wide. The 21.5-inch L2261 Wide LCD comes equipped with VGA and DVI inputs. While, the 23-inch L2361p Wide features an integrated speaker, a microphone, a webcam, and three USB 2.0 ports. Finally, the high-end L2461X Wide is a 23.6-inch multitouch display that boasts an integrated speaker, a microphone and a 2-megapixel webcam. These monitors are all Energy Star 5.0, WEEE and RoHS certified. You can also expect the packaging to be minimally wasteful and mostly recyclable.
