Dell is pleased to introduce their latest rugged Windows 8.1 tablet, the Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet. Designed and tested to conquer the most extreme conditions (proven by MIL-STD-810G and IP-810G certification), this waterproof, shockproof, crushproof, freezeproof and dustproof tablet boasts an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 HD multi-touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, a powerful, efficient fifth-generation Intel Core M processor, an 8GB DDR3 RAM and up to 512GB SSD.
Apart from that, the tablet also packs dual cameras (front + rear with LED flash), the fourth-generation QuadCool fan based thermal management system that combines passive and active cooling, and optional dual hot-swap batteries so you never have to shut down apps while changing out a battery. Running on Windows 8.1 OS, the Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet provides WiFi 802.11ac for connectivity.
The Dell Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet will be available from the end of July for unannounced price yet. [Product Page]
