Digital Cube claims that their i-Station G43 is the smallest UMPC in the market today. It is running Windows XP on a AMD Geode LX800 processor with 256MB of RAM.
Priced at $700 including the XP license, the UMPC also sports 4.3 inch 800-pixel widescreen display, and comes with up to 60GB hard drive, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a USB port.
