This powerful device heats to 797° F (150° F higher than most professional pizza ovens), resulting in pizzas with crisp yet tender crusts. It Also capable of cooking frozen pizza, but takes a bit longer in time. It features roof-mounted 1,440-watt coil heating elements and ceramic pizza stones to ensure thorough, even cooking. Unfortunately the price is about $249, it doesn’t come cheap.
