
Rave Computer has recently introduced a rugged in-car computer namely the MIL-SPEC-810F at the MILCOM 2009 exhibition. The fanless computer is powered by an Intel 1.6 GHz Atom N270 processor that consumes less power that makes it is suitable for all vehicles in almost all conditions. The Rave Computer MIL-SPEC-810F can operate normally in temperatures ranging from -30 C to 60 C (-22 F to 140 F) and run on 6 – 36 VDC. The PC also features a PCI-104 expansion connector, 2 mini PCI express slots, compact Flash and SIM slots, Gigabyte Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and three USB ports.
