Edirol has decided to spice up its R-09HR recorder. It can take up to 96KHz recordings instead of 48KHz and supports SDHC up to 8GB instead of the 4GB. Additional features a monitor speaker, remote control and playback speed control. No word on a US release, however the R-09HR is available in the UK for £249.00 or $497. [Brad Linder]
