Elecom has added a new wireless mouse to its range by bringing you the M-D17DR. Powered by a single AAA battery, this little mouse makes use of 2.4GHz wireless technology and features 5 programmable buttons, a tiny USB receiver and is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 as well as Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6. The M-D17DR is now available in Japan for 4,700 Yen (about $54). [Elecom]
