Epson Japan unveiled two new LCD projectors. The Dreamio EMP-TWD10 is more expensive than the later and features 720P – 0.55 type 1280 x 800 LCD, Stereo speakers, HDMI output and a lamp with an output of 140 Watts, 1200 Lumina and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. The Dreamio EMP-DM1 on the other hand lacks a HDMI output. It only sports resolution of 854×480 pixels and a contrast ratio of 3000:1. Both the models are fitted with a DVD player and come with USB ports for playback of MP3/WMA and JPEG files. The Epson EMP-TWD10 and EMP-DM1 projectors will go on sale in Japan from September 19th for $1,300 and $820 respectively.
