Epson To Release The World's Lightest GPS-enabled Running Monitor

Seiko Epson will launch the world’s lightest GPS-enabled running monitor in Japan later this year. Measuring 13mm thick, this wearable gadget uses GPS to provide runners with accurate distance, pace and other data. It is powered by a rechargeable battery that provides up to 12-hour of operation time on a full charge with GPS tracking on. This gadget is also water resistant up to 5 bars (50 meters underwater). No word on pricing so far, so stay tuned. [FarEastGizmos]
