I recieved it, the RAM is 150MB, I don’t know if mine has 150MB, or all of them, Many problems with this size of RAM, and the most big problem, I have seen for the first time is that the device recognizes as SD the internal storage, and not the SD installed, all applications are installed in the /Nand folder, internal memory. The sd is only used to put videos and photos,not even e-books Aldiko doen’t see the ebooks if there are instlled in the SD card, Must put everything in the /Nand directory, VERY BAD. I left a review in Chinavasion site, but because it was negative, they didn’t publish it.
