The Almighty FCC has approved the HTC Neon 100 smartphone. It means that we will see this gadget in the market very soon. According to the pic, it seems that this smartphone will come with a touchscreen display. This Pocket PC Phone is powered by a Li-ion battery and sports WCDMA Band V.
