The all new FineDrive iQ500 personal navigation gadget is powered by an ARM11 600MHz CPU with either 4 or 8GB (SD Card) of memory and supports for SDHC cards (up to 32GB). The gadget also offers a 7 inch (800×480) touchscreen display, Windows Embedded CE 6.0, DMB TV Tuner, and PMP.
