same problem with mine, the tech support guys are clueless, seems like there would be a simple fix for this, maybe a patch or downloadable update. will not buy one of these again.

goodyear gps gy120 calnot.exe error

Yup my GY120 is doing the same thing… I liked it when I first got it, but I’ve owned it for well over a year and the NCC Group site is always promising “check back soon” for updates, etc. The support is terrible and basically worthless. I bought a TomTom XL135s and have been very happy. Many more features and close to the same price from Costco. Their support isn’t great either, but with TomTom Home you can customize a lot of stuff like voices, car avatar, etc., even on my Mac.

My Goodyear is basically a paperweight now… maybe they should change their name to “Good six-months” or find some other contractor to build their private label GPS.

I have not had my goodyear gps a year yet, and I am very unhappy my gps never takes me to where I need to go and i purchased a warranty and I can not get in contact with any one with good year I will never buy this product ever again. so many people told me they never heard of a good year gps , where i purchased it from doesnt even sell this product anymore so that tells me something that they discontinued it.
bad product.

I can send you a copy of the calnot.exe file in the e-mail. then you can connect your gps to the computer and replace the calnot.exe file in your gps directory. there is a windows folder in your gps and the calnot.exe is in there.
