I liked it when I first got it, but I've owned it for well over a year and the NCC Group site is always promising "check back soon" for updates, etc. The support is terrible and basically worthless. I bought a TomTom XL135s and have been very happy. Many more features and close to the same price from Costco. Their support isn't great either, but with TomTom Home you can customize a lot of stuff like voices, car avatar, etc., even on my Mac. My Goodyear is basically a paperweight now... maybe they should change their name to "Good six-months" or find some other contractor to build their private label GPS.
