Freecom has showed off their newest USB 3.0 portable hard drive, the Hard Drive Sq. Designed in collaboration with acclaimed industrial designer Arman Emami, this lightweight hard drive features an aluminum enclosure, a USB 3.0 connection interface and 130MB/s of data transfer speed. What’s more, the drive can also be connected directly to a TV set for USB recording and playback. The Hard Drive Sq will become available from April 28th in both 2TB and 3TB models for 19,845 Yen (about $244) and 27,980 Yen (about $345), respectively. [Freecom]
