NTT DoCoMo and Fujitsu have joined to release the Japanese Foma F905i mobile phone for the Taiwanese market. The phone has a large 3.2 inches display screen (480×864 resolution) which is called “Width Motion”. Measuring 108mm x 50mm x 21mm and weighing 138 grams, the handset also comes with a 3.2MP camera, and a fingerprint reader. [Akihabara via Upcoming Cell Phones]
