I can say the Tune-In Bed is the biggest iPod dock in the world. The bed comes jam packed with a couple of integrated 4 inch speakers, a control panel with volume and input controls, and an iPod dock. The Tune-In Bed is available in five color options; White, Navy, Ice Blue, Light Green, and Sun Valley Honey. The twin, full, and queen sizes retail for $699, $899, and $999 respectively.

Designed by Korean inventor Spike Kwon, this keyboard design concept has a foldable illuminator that “brings a row of LEDs to bear, lighting the way for those who can’t find their way around the keyboard without looking.” There was no info whether this keyboard design concept will go into mass production or not. Gigabyte will release the U60, its first UMPC next month at CeBit. The gadget will be featured a built-in QWERTY keyboard that slides out of the main body, a 6.5-inch (800×600) display screen, Wi-Fi b/g, 30GB hard drive, 2 USB ports and SD/MMC memory card reader. The U60 will be based on Via C7-M mobile processor. No info on pricing yet. Stay tuned for more updates!
Lenovo will launch its new laptop “ThinkPad Premium Edition” in Korea. This Windows Vista ready laptop comes jam packed with Intel Core2Duo Processor T7600, 256MB ATI M66GL graphic chipset, and 160GB 5400rpmh HDD. It also has 14.1-inch SXGA+ display with 1400×1050 resolution. The Lenovo 14.1 Inch Laptop “ThinkPad Premium Edition” will be available from March 1, 2007 for around $4300.
Chunbo Electronics rolled out in Korea the minigigi C1000, their new MP3 player with 2-inch OLED display. The MP3 player has a built-in FM radio, e-book, voice recoding, sleep timer feature and memory lock to protect personal data when it is used as a portable storage. The gadget measures only 20mm x 58mm x 11mm at 27grams. The 2GB version of the minigigi C1000 is priced at $170(after conversion).

Malaysian Gupp introduces the Phreedom, a Linux based smartphone with Wi-Fi and VOIP support. The device provides a 2.5 inch QVGA color screen, and a QWERTY keyboard. The smartphone is powered by a PXA270 CPU running at 312MHz, 320MB flash and SDRAM, 802.11b/g WiFi. The Phreedom works well on GSM 850/1800/1900 MHz and 900/1800/1900 MHz. Unfortunately, the phone’s design looks a bit outdated. No word on pricing and availability yet.

These Korean models seem happy to know that LG has launched in Korea the LG KH1300 HSDPA mobile phone. The phone sports 3.6Mbps download speed, so it is able to download one MP3 file in just 7 seconds or a 40MB music video file in 1 minute 30seconds. That’s amazing! The handset allows you to take advantage of WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) roaming service in 21 different countries including Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong, Germany, Italy, and Australia.
In addition, the LG KH1300 features multitasking, text viewer, MP3 player, 1.3MP camera, portable data storage and personal data management including bank account or credit card information. The price tag is at around $420 (after conversion). One more pics after the jump!
